On the 11th October, Rothley Court was the venue for an awesome Autumn wedding. The morning was spent deep in wedding prep – Jo and her bridal party got hair and make up done whilst the lads were suiting up.
The classic car for taking the bride and her father to the ceremony showed up and naturally the bridal party took the chance to have pictures.
The bridesmaids wore unconventional, yet beautiful, black swing dresses. This contrasted nicely with the flower girls and their white dresses. But none looked more stunning than Jo herself, in a breathtaking jewel encrusted, backless fishtail gown complete with train and matching tiara.
Bagpipes played as guests entered the building, ready from the ceremony. The car pulled up at the Rothley Court Chapel ready for Jo’s grand entrance. She was ready to walk down the aisle towards her future husband! The ceremony was intimate and full of adoration, as well as full of confetti at the receiving line!
Balloons, birdcages, candles, butterflies and lilies. The bagpipes featured again, and soon it was time for cake cutting and the first dance. The rest was history, the new Mr & Mrs King dancing the night away surrounded by friends and family.
Huge thank you to Jo and Dan, we hope you love the film – and each other – for years to come!
Here are the photos we managed to snap on the day too over at Hazel Skye Photography.
